Women's Council
The Women's
Council at Christ the King Church is an organization, which includes
all women of the parish, established to help them grow as Christians.
This is accomplished by encouraging the women of the parish to
participate in club activities according to their individual interests
and talents. They can also assist in parish social functions; support
families in time of sickness and bereavement with Masses and/or food if
desired; attend Church Women United meetings and legislative meetings
when necessary; help in international affairs such as sponsoring a
child in Brazil; receive petitions on the Prayer Chain for those having
spiritual needs.
