The School Board of Christ the King Parish operates in
accordance with guidelines published by the Diocese of Nashville. This
board does not regulate the day-to-day operations of the School's
programs; this task belongs to the School's Chief Administrative
officer, the Principal. The School Board does exercise the following
rights and duties:
- To
implement diocesan policies
- To
approve all policies under which the Principal and administrative
officers shall operate the educational program, and evaluate the
adequacy of these policies and the effectiveness of their implementation
- To
determine policies, goals, and objectives relating to curriculum,
staffing, financing, facilities, planning, equipment, and development
- To
serve as the Planning Committee for new educational facilities
