Tuition and Fees
Full tuition is $7,290 per child for the 2012-2013  school year.
All payments for tuition are nonrefundable. Families who leave school during the school year are obligated for a full year's tuition.

Parish Subsidized Tuition

Participating households of Christ the King Parish may request subsidized tuition from the Parish, so that the tuition is reduced to the amount of $4,950 for the first child and $4,275 for each additional child. Preschool tuition is $5880. Parishioners of other parishes may also qualify for the subsidized rate if their home parish pastor agrees to provide an equivalent subsidy. Members of other parishes should download this form, complete it and have it signed by their pastor and returned to the Business Office at Christ the King.

Every year the School Board sets tuition for the upcoming year in an amount equal to the estimated actual cost of educating each child.

Fees and books fees are charged at registration depending upon the activities and supplies needs for each different academic program. Fees will average about $600.00 for 2012-2013.

New Students
New families to Christ the King School are required to pay a nonrefundable registration fee equal to one tenth of their annual tuition. This registration fee is due and payable within ten days of notification of acceptance in order. This registration fee will be applied to the final tuition payment (normally the January 1st payment).

Financial Aid
Exception Tuition Rate
Participating households that have met their commitment during the previous year may seek an exception tuition rate that is less than the Parish subsidized rate. Families seeking an exception must complete and send a Parent Application Form to Tuition Aid Data Services by the published deadline.

If you wish to use Vanco Services for electronic funds transfers for your parish offertory contributions or for your Annual Giving gifts, please use this link to download the form, and return the completed form to the Parish Office for processing.

A participating household is defined as one which made identifiable contributions regularly (at least monthly) to the parish in an amount proportionate to household income. We ask people to use $950 as the annual target goal. Please consult the parish business office for further information.
