Application
Process
We require that transfer students have a personal interview with
the principal and visit in the classroom. We require that parents
also provide a report of grades from the child's previous schools,
results of any testing, and signed authorization releasing academic
records at their previous schools.
To be admitted to Kindergarten, a child must have attained five
years of age on or before September 30th of the enrollment year.
A kindergarten screening test is administered each year for which
there is a fee charged. An informational meeting for parents of
prospective Kindergarten students is held in January. Attendance
at this meeting is required for parents.
Christ the King School does not accept students who have been expelled
from other schools and reserves the right to not accept certain
students when, in the administration's judgment, the school will
be unable to meet these students' emotional, behavioral, or special
education needs. Christ the King School does not discriminate on
the basis of race, creed, color, or national origin.
