About Mrs. Linton …
Welcome to another great year! I am happy to be returning to Christ the King as the instructor of Enrichment and of Language Arts in grades 7 and 8. I am proud to be in partnership with all in the CKS community as we pursue academic and personal excellence. This is an exciting time to explore new ideas that maximize the potential of our students and develop their individual God-given gifts.
I encourage open communication through e-mails, phone calls, or conferences. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions, concerns, or comments about the Enrichment program.
A few things about me…
• I earned my undergraduate degree from Centre College in Danville, Kentucky. While there I studied medieval literature at St. John’s College of Oxford University in England.
• I hold a Master of Education degree in English education from Peabody College at Vanderbilt. I have always been privileged to work in the Catholic Schools. I spent eleven years at St. Bernard and three at St. Edward before coming to Christ the King in 2007.
• My son Jay is a sixth grader at Christ the King.
• My hobbies are reading, writing, painting, cooking, and swimming.
