My goal as the librarian of Christ the King School is to make it a quiet place for reading, a resource for good book selection and a place for research. In addition to librarian, I will be serving as Learning Specialist for grades 5-8. This will include working with teachers and students in the classroom and working one-on-one with students each day.

Parent volunteers are needed in the library. If you are interested, please email me at rhonda.keckley@ctk.org
.

Please feel free to contact me by phone (777-8939) or email if you have any questions or concerns.
A few things about me . . .

  • I have a B.S. in Education in grades K-8 (Trevecca Nazarene University, Nashville) and a B.S. in Business Education in grades 6-12 (Southeast Missouri State University.) I have a Masters Degree in Education with an emphasis in Reading (Trevecca Nazarene University.)
  • Before becoming a Librarian and Learning Specialist at CKS, I was a Learning Specialist for Catapult Learning where I worked daily in three different schools in grades K-12.
  • I have been a runner for 32 years and run most mornings before school. Golfing is my new passion. Learning how to play has provided me with enjoyable time on the golf course with my husband, Paul.
  • My children call me "Reading Rhonda" because I take pleasure in reading and often tell them every detail of each book!
