Our neighbors at Lipscomb University and Lipscomb Academy host an annual Community Recycling Collection event at their campuses. This year there are two dates:
Saturday, November 4th, 9am-2pm at Lipscomb University, University Park Drive by the Burton Health Science Building, and
Wednesday, November 15th, 9am-2pm at Lipscomb Academy Elementary, 4517 Granny White Parkway.
These locations will accept electronics, batteries, fluorescent bulbs, textiles, ink cartridges, expired medications, gently used clothing, household goods, furniture and more. Document shredding is also available. Limit of 1 tube-type old TV per vehicle, and nothing larger than 32" accepted.
